Refunds for Digital Products

At Truth2Escape, we strive to create high-quality printable escape rooms that provide a fun and engaging experience. Because our products are delivered as digital downloads, all sales are generally considered final.

Once a digital file has been downloaded or accessed, it cannot be returned. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations except in the situations described below.

When We Will Provide a Refund

We will gladly issue a refund if:

  • You were charged more than once for the same order.
  • You accidentally purchased the same product multiple times.
  • We are unable to provide access to the purchased files and cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
  • A product contains a significant error or defect that prevents normal use, and we are unable to provide a corrected version.

If you experience any issues downloading, opening, or printing your files, please contact us before requesting a refund. We are happy to help resolve technical problems and ensure you receive the product you purchased.

Incorrect Purchases

Please review product descriptions, age recommendations, Bible translation (if applicable), and included materials before completing your purchase. We cannot provide refunds because:

  • You changed your mind after purchasing.
  • The product was not what you expected after reading the description.
  • You no longer need the product.
  • You purchased the wrong item by mistake.
  • Your group size, printer, or available supplies differ from the product requirements listed.

Replacement Files

If your download becomes corrupted or you accidentally lose your files, you may log into your account to download them again, or contact us if you need assistance accessing your purchase.
